Best Ingredient combination for Fruit Smoothies

What is the best ingredient combination if I want to make really sweet smoothie?

Hi Dave, use two to three fruits you enjoy the most... and the riper the fruit, the sweeter the fruit. One of my most favorite sweeteners is agave nectar since it blends well, and low on the glycemic scale. Agave Nectar is available in most store now, as it is becoming popular

You can also use store purchased fruit juices, as many of those are sweetened, I would go for the ones that are low calorie.

Thanks

Don

Use dried dates, and avoid potentially tart fruits like apricot and oranges. Also, very ripe bananas are sweeter than newer bananas.
