Fruit and Cackleberry Smoothie

I have been trying to add omega 3 oils to my diet and came up with this adaptation of the standard smoothie. I use omega 3 enhanced eggs in the mix to boost their levels even more.
Fruit and Cackle berry smoothie
1 Quart of plain yogurt
2 raw fresh eggs
1 apple, large, seeded
1 large banana, peeled
2 Tablespoons Flax seed oil
Fresh nectarines with pit removed until blender is full.
Blend together until smooth and chill. Makes about 2 quarts. Yum,yum and healthy too! Great for my aching joints.
Hi Sandy, we buy flax seed from the health store, then grind it and put it in smoothies for the omega 3 oils. I have not heard of Cackle berrys, thanks for sharing this looks great!
